While we are all preparing for our private Thanksgiving Holiday, we wish to take the time to express our gratitude to our friends and supporters. Here at OCCTAC we already celebrated on October 29, 2009 with our annual COMMUNITY PARTNERS CELEBRATION! Many of our supporters came to the center to see the kids and teachers in action. "Creating the sugar skulls and art work is always a wonderful experience for our students" exclaims our visual art director Kathryn Forrest. Kathryn and Irene Arellano organized our annual contribution to the Noche de Altares at the Fiesta Plaza in Downtown Santa Ana. A chance for our students and families to celebrate loved ones who have passed. At the same time a wonderful way of celebrating the cultural heritage of Mexico.
